How does the free plan work?
Free users get 30 AI detection checks per day — no signup, no credit card. Each check covers one text submission (up to 5,000 characters) or one image upload. Quota resets every day at midnight UTC.
What counts as a "check"?
One check = one detection request. Whether you submit a paragraph of text or an image file, that's one check. Batch uploads count each file individually.
Can I get API access without a subscription?
Yes. API access is available through DOS AI (dos.ai) on a pay-as-you-go basis. No monthly minimum — you pay per verification. Plus and Pro plans include bundled API quota.
Is the on-chain record always included?
Yes, every detection result — across all plans including Free — is anchored on DOS Chain. The result is publicly verifiable by anyone, forever.
Do unused checks roll over?
No. Checks reset every day at midnight UTC. You always start fresh each day.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're billed the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
